The Cubs bullpen made their record 0-7 on the year by blowing another good outing by Rich Hill Monday, April 30. Not only did this end their 3-game winning streak, but it also killed my fantasy team, where I had started Hill. Something has got to be done about the bullpen situation in Chicago.
